Today the Guides were attempting to massage each others hands. This of course led to me having my elbows to my fingertips massaged by six Guides (at the same time). They were very good but do need to learn the 'less is more' rule. As I type I can barely breathe for the smell of perfumed lotion.

what are 'the Guides'? I enjoy a good massage, manicure or pedicure and the massages that come with those... but I don't like smelling overly perfumed when I leave. Sounds like that happened to you.

The Guides are the English version of the Girl Scouts. I have been volunteering as a Guide leader since 2006. My unit has around 30 girls aged between 10 and 14. It can be a lot of hard work but I love doing it.
