When it starts to bubble all across the pancake then it's time to flip them over.It's becoming a bit of a tradition in our house that when someone stops the night, Stu makes pancakes. Great way to start a Sunday.

Ah happy memories. Remember when you used to come back with your friends after swimming club on a Sunday and I'd cook you all pancakes, syrup and bacon?
I was just going to say it reminded me of that. Cathy has started taking Louis swimming and we were only remembering Sunday pancakes this week.
