The same but different.

It's my 26th Birthday tomorrow so this is my last photograph for the project. I decided to replicate my first photograph as I thought it would be a good way to illustrate what's changed this year. The house keys are for different houses to the keys in the original photo, the train pass is for a different city, the battery is for a newer camera. I still carry a glasses case but I actually wear the glasses now. The provisional driving license and the business cards are new editions to my bag, as are newspaper cuttings and fliers which I accumulate at work.

I'm sure there will be other posts on the blog, I want to post an evaluation of the project and also a thank you list for all the people who have helped me complete it. But for now, I'm going to enjoy going out without having to take a picture...

I've been following your site for a few months now. My birthday is 3/20 as well. I turn 30 this year... you've inspired me to document this year. Thanks for the lovely posts. Hopefully I will do as well as you. Will miss the updates from across the pond. Good luck Lou!

Bless you Lou - I will miss your blog - it's so lovely. A fitting photo to end it though. Thanks so much for the wedding photos - your blog is the reason we asked you to take them. Bizarrely enough it was your lemsip photo that I fell in love with... K x

Happy Birthday Lou. Good photo to end with. I shall miss this and admire your discipline it keeping it up. Looking forward to seeing it as an exhibition and I think it would make a great calendar.

Happy Birthday Lou!! Great job on the photo blogging.. It's certainly been a pleasure to watch and view. To add to your list of "what changed"... a little less than a year ago, you said hello on my blog. Now, I'm FB friends with you mom!! ;) Who would have thought.
